Description

The Francisco beret is a historically inspired velvet beret that draws on the headwear fashions of the late Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Merchants, craftsmen and nobles wore such berets throughout Europe – particularly in France, the German lands and northern Italy. With its round, full crown and the subtle sheen of the velvet, the Francisco conveys dignity and style without appearing ostentatious.

The beret is handmade from 100% cotton velvet and fully lined with cotton. The soft interior feels comfortable against the head and ensures comfort even when worn for extended periods. The compact, balanced silhouette complements both flowing robes and close-fitting doublets. Available in black (Epic Black) and red – two timeless shades that blend seamlessly into any historical or LARP ensemble.
