Long before the time of the Vikings or the Middle Ages, the drinking horn was one of the most common drinking vessels. Not only the well-known honey wine / mead was enjoyed from it at proper feasts.

Our drinking horns / methorns are polished on the outside. This gives them a very smooth surface. From the inside they are food-safe lacquered. Since it is a natural product (cow horn) are all drinking horns unique pieces.
